Beth and Jerry drag their kids out to the middle of bumfuck nowhere to go to a Summer Camp run by their grandfather who neither Morty or Summer have ever met. 'It'll be fun!' They said, yeah right. Morty is not having fun, sleeping in a bed that his cabinmates pissed on, forced to be social, and give up months of staying indoors playing video games and watching porn.
It's hell for Morty. And the camp director, Rick Sanchez -- Morty's own grandfather he hadn't even known about -- flipped Morty's life upside down, changing the way Morty thought about the world and challenging his view of himself in the process.
