“Dick,” Wally started, speaking slowly. He sat down next to his friend and put a hand on his arm. Dick repressed a flinch at the question his friend asked. He made himself focus on the screen in front of him. “When was the last time you slept?”
“I don't know, Monday, maybe? I know it's been a little more than ninety-six hours. I haven't really done the math.” Robin moved from reading one of the digital articles to one of the newspapers in front of him. Simultaneously, he picked up his pen and started writing notes in his notebook. He ignored the minor tremor in his hand. He could sleep after he finished this case and did his geometry homework. “Why?”
Kid Flash stared at him. “It's Friday.”

Summary
If only the BAU knew that Spencer Reid being nearly half an hour late to work one morning would cause everything to come crashing down on him. He wanted this day to be like any other, he’d told himself it would be. For months, he’d managed to convince everyone around him that everything’s fine.
But Aaron Hotcher is concerned; if not fed up with Reid constantly dancing around the subject of his own well being. Hotch isn’t having it anymore, especially not when one of his greatest agents is walking into the office looking like death warmed up.Hotch isn’t having it.
(Basically: this takes place during early season 3; it might be implied that Gideon passed away rather than retired, I can't remember if I actually wrote that part though.)

He couldn’t hear anything from the other side of the door, but he didn’t doubt that Dick was there, that he was listening. He could feel it. “Kids called me. They’re worried ‘bout’cha. But you knew that. Just like I know that whatever yer workin’ on in there’s gotta be important. So, I’m not gonna try’n drag you out, but I’m gonna be here when you’re ready to talk. Sent everyone else out. It’s just you’n me, Dick. However long you need.”
That wasn’t necessarily true. They would all find their way back by dinner time at the latest. But it was true enough for the moment. Sorta like when someone promises forever but they only really have right now. Because sometimes forever means the same thing as right now and sometimes “however long you need” is the same as “however long I can give you”.
Seven times the Bats learn something New about Dick's time as Batman and one time they go to court about it.

Summary
The drugs flooding his system after a particularly hard case and going a little too long without a hit fills Spencer with immediate relief. If only he knew this was a high he might never come down from, he might've made a different choice.
Derek just wanted to check on Reid. He knew his friend wasn't as ok as he claimed he was, and this was a hard case. He never imagined just how badly Reid was struggling. Nor did he imagine the scene he'd walk into, the one he knew would forever be seared into his brain, even without an eidetic memory.
