Summary
Eren Jaeger’s life turns upside-down when he puts his European summer vacation on hold to visit his family in Shiganshina. It’s a small gloomy coastal town on the island of Paradis—definitely not the summer in Italy that he imagined.
His father has plans for a resort in Shiganshina, something the locals wouldn’t be too thrilled to hear about. After all, they make their dislike for outsiders very well known.

It was a good thing they were the only ones in the hall, otherwise, Eren's scent would've enticed a whole crowd of alphas. "What? You're afraid he's gonna rip your nose hairs out?"
Hange snorted but Erwin glared at him, unamused and he crossed his arms over his chest.
"We're afraid he is going to transform," He retorted. "He's in heat, has no recollection of who we are, and he's a feral. Levi, you have to see how dangerous this could wind up being."
Levi merely scoffs and rolls his eyes. "And now you want me to deal with him."
Erwin cleared his throat. "Preferably, yes."

Looks up to find Eren standing right there in the rain, the hood on his jacket pulled back, and his hair plastered down against his head. He’s just standing there, and – he’s watching Levi with an expression that looks so fond it actually hurts; and Levi’s just managed to get his breath back and open his mouth when Eren moves closer, and Levi loses his air all over again.

Summary
A/N: Essentially, the one in which Levi ditches his car and ends up half-frozen on Eren’s doorstep, and then falls harder for Eren in four days than he’s ever fallen for anyone in his life.
Basically, this story shall contain roaring fires, hot chocolate, a whole roster of adorable animals (cause Eren’s spending his reading week watching over Hanji’s farm in frozen Alberta, whereas Levi is an author who lives in Vancouver), a bunch of cuteness with Eren and Levi bonding over nerdy shit; and, essentially, Levi and Eren being trapped together for days, with both of them realizing just how compatible they are, and with both of them aware of the fact that they're from different worlds and live entire provinces apart.
