Summary

In this series, Faramir is Aragorn's son, although neither of them know that until Faramir finds out at the start of the Fourth Age. The stories taking place in the immediate wake of the Ring War can all be read as canon compliant. They are being reorganized into in the sub-series "The King and his Steward: the Early Years."
In the first year of the First Age, Faramir learns that his mother Finduilas, desperate for a second child her husband was unwilling to give her due to her delicate health, drugged her friend Thorongil and stole a child from him. The stories taking place after that point are being reorganized into the "Desperation's Gift" series.
Stories featuring characters other than Faramir have been reorganized into appropriate sub-series(es). See the Notes below.
