Summary
After a month of trying to infiltrate the League of Villains, Hawks was having no luck getting close to them for any intel, let alone his assassination target: Tomura Shigaraki. So far, there was always a middle-man involved whenever they had meetings, and the Hero Commission was growing impatient enough to give him a painful reminder that he has a job to do.
Of course, today of all days, is when Dabi calls Hawks in for a meeting.
In a twist of irony, he has no choice but to trust said villain into his home, and consequentially into a part of his life he's kept in the dark ever since the Hero Commission took him in.
Keigo Takami was poison, a curse that burned his lungs to remember.
Touya Todoroki was a hellfire, and breathing smoke was second nature.

I FORGOT A SUMMARY AHHHHH
Someone targeting the Commission isn’t anything new, with them being such a large pillar in society that promotes Heroes; occasionally, they have to replace the windows or lawn if an attack is bad enough. Maybe hire a few staff members to replace lower-ranking employees who did nothing but show up to work that day. A building can be rebuilt, new people hired, and money had never been an issue to the HPSC with all of the public support it gets. But this isn’t that, it isn’t just a matter of replacing some glass or buying new trees- the Commission is currently more like an active demolition zone than a proud government building.
This isn’t just a targeted attack, it's angry- furious even, a wrath proven right and twice as deadly for it. This attack is a message.
