Yuuji gets a clue—violently.
“No!” he yelps, dropping his chopsticks to cross his arms in front of him. “Nope. No. Not happening.”
Kaori only looks amused. “Is that so?”
“No,” Yuuji says emphatically. “I don’t need to hear all that.”
“I doubt that very much,” she says, arching an eyebrow. “I know the state of sex education in this district. It’s abysmal. You need better info—”
“I know how sex works, Mum!”
“Have you had any?”
“No, but—”
“The internet then,” she says sagely.
Yuuji eyes the spaghetti left on his plate, considering drowning himself in it.
Then she says, “Don’t be embarrassed. I don’t necessarily disbelieve you.”
Yuuji squints at her. “Really?”
“Of course. A parent should have faith in their children. I’m willing to take your word for many things, Yuuji—if you can prove its worth.”
In the Itadori household, a dinner conversation about Yuuji’s first kiss turns into a live demonstration of the importance of safe sex.

Summary
Choso’s mother granted him life twice over. The first was with his unknowing conception at the hands of a nameless curse and a man whose blood defiled an already damned union. The second was by her own forceful hands, one grasping the neck of an intruder on the brink of unconscious, while the other held tight the womb which harbored Choso’s soul. One violating shove into the man’s mouth, her palm slamming against his lips to ensure the vile plunged down his throat. That was all it took to awaken the spirit who had been sealed away, a life denied no longer. Already branded a monster by virtue of her body, Choso’s mother knew it did not matter that she traded one stranger’s life for that of her eldest son, for if she didn’t, neither would be holding themselves up on their hands and knees, gasping for air.
These were the first of Choso’s breaths.
Consequently, these were about to be the last of hers.
♦ Choso gains an autonomous form much earlier in the timeline. While much is expected to change, his love for his family never will.

"I'm your oniichan," Choso says with utmost gravity.
It's hard to take him seriously with his weird space bun hair and huge, billowing sleeves, but there's so much sincerity in his eyes that Yuuji can't find it in himself to tell him that he doesn't have any siblings, and that it's creepy for grown men to follow random middle schoolers back home.
Maybe he could have nipped it in the bud earlier, before Choso got used to it and made it a habit, but Yuuji didn't think he was a real person back then, so he hadn't really been thinking about the future.
After a near death experience, a stranger starts following Yuuji to and from school. He's pale to the point of looking sickly and has dark eyebags staining his face. He calls Yuuji brother. Yuuji lets him. No one's ever said he was smart.

“That’s an ugly pet you’ve got there,” Satoru comments, peering over Yuuji’s shoulder for a better look at the blob of baby-pink flesh he’s cradling.
A baleful red eye bores into him. “Gojou Satoru—”
“I think he’s kinda cute.”
Sukuna’s comically tiny mouth—made all the more hilarious by how the voice coming from within is still his deep bass—snaps shut, that single eye swiveling back to Yuuji while dripping offense and incredulity.
“Cute?” Satoru asks, joining Sukuna in staring at Yuuji.
There’s an unrepentant shrug. “Like a very weird cat. I think he’d be a cat, if he were an animal. You too, sensei. Different types, though. Very different.”
“You’ve…put a lot of thought into this,” Satoru says faintly.
“I’ve had a lot of time to think.” Yuuji smiles. The first smile Satoru’s seen from him, and all he can think is that Yuuji should never, ever smile—not like this. “Hey, Sukuna? If I give you the choice to stay with me, you’ll just say no again, right?”
In one world, death snatches Satoru away from the arms of victory. In this one, his student saves him from the jaws of death.
But this isn’t the Yuuji he knows.

Giyuu is really nothing more than a seat warmer for a more competent water pillar to come along someday.
When he saw Tanjirou wield his family’s axe and defend his sister, he saw potential. In the short amount of time he spent observing Tanjirou, he saw many things in him. Kindness so genuine it took him aback; concern for others that made the world a little sunnier; and a sense of justice so strong it reminded him of a boy with peach hair. Tanjirou was strong, and he would only become stronger as he grew. He would make a great pillar one day, with some years of training and experience under his belt.
But if all his years spent as not only a hashira, but also as someone who was raised in a world where demons attack the innocent, it had taught him one thing and one thing only— the world was dangerous for kind people.
The idea of giving Tanjirou his spot as a pillar of the demon slayers organization makes him slightly nauseous.
Tomioka Giyuu, if he played a more active part in helping the Kamado siblings after he spared their life.

The boy’s burgundy eyes fly wide, he snaps back his hand, holding it as if burned. “You’re hands…” he trails off, “are they okay? Have you got frostbite…?”
“Oh, no,” the stranger chuckles-not-chuckles—there’s no mirth in the sound. It sounds empty, hollow, like a courtesy or an imitation. “My hands have always been a little cold.”

When Tanjirou turns back to look at that battered face again, he sincerely hopes with all his heart that he might see it alive once more.
