In that time, he’d been gagged, cuffed, and thrown into an empty white void of a room. He had tried to phase through the cuffs but something was stopping him from being able to use his abilities… probably something in the cuffs, now that he thought about it. The gag, he knew for sure, was there to stop him from using charmspeak. Not that Scar was in any right frame of mind to use it; he was still recovering from being abandoned by his only family, thank you very much.

A sound suddenly came from down the hallway.
Instantly, they all froze, and their heads snapped to look at the end of the corridor shrouded in darkness, where the light from Tango’s flaming hair could not reach. And yet, if he looked closely enough, he swore he saw a red eye blinking at him before it vanished completely.
Okay, that was weird. “Uh… did you see that, Impy?” Tango whispered, more than a little creeped out. “Skizz?”
