“You intended to try and blind-side me, manipulating my one and only weakness: my human DNA.” It is said with such conviction, and without a moment for pause the doctor continues into a prideful rant, “Conditioning me, ringing your little bell, you Pavlovian fool; like Skinner's old rat-in-a-box trick, hmm? I am no rodent, pesky barnacle, so I noticed your trap far too quick. Who in the world would make absolutely perfect lattes every day at six ante meridiem— six in the morning, for you imbeciles — without fail?” Stone would, clearly.
Another day, another accusation that Stone is a spying sycophant desperate to get his hands on power, or money, or whatever absurd ideas can fill the doctor's head. Today, Robotnik gives a little bit too much of the game away.

Summary
As a child, Lancelot du Lac vies to cement himself. Spurred by his mother, he travels far for an unimaginable chance. However, instead of glory and reverence, Lancelot finds another boy, one who will surely change his fate in a way he cannot yet comprehend.
Many years later, in a vastly different time, Sonic the Hedgehog is caught with a whisper of nagging familiarity for something he's never experienced. All of his questions only lead to more confusion about a past he may or may not be connected to, and to a possible complex destiny he's not keen on carrying. But more importantly, he's not the only one curious, and going in too deep could unknowingly help or hinder the strange feelings he senses are also tied to his so-called rival, Shadow the Hedgehog.
