Summary
Dean Winchester is a cop.
A small-town Sheriff, technically. Definitely still a cop. And cops are the good guys.
At least, they’re supposed to be.
_._

_._
or
Dean Winchester is four years old when his mother is brutally murdered. Seventeen years later, so is his baby brother. The culprit? John Winchester. Dean commits to a life of public servitude in pursuit of a singular goal: to find his fugitive father and finally get some justice. That is, until the Arboreous Executioner case hits his desk.

Summary
Eddie chews the inside of his lip. “You have to know that I…” he tries, trailing off when he can’t land on a safe way to end that thought. “I mean, you know that you’re… important. To me.”
A ray of sunshine finally breaks through the gloom. “Yeah, Eddie, I know that.” Buck smiles, small and confused but delighted, most of the tension bleeding out of him. “If you’re worried about me confusing feelings or something-”
“No, not-” Eddie huffs out a frustrated breath.
He wanted a fight, but not this one. Not tonight and not like this. He guesses that’s sort of the point, though. They don’t have the luxury of choice in the face of time; losing Bobby proved that. And with El Paso looming on the horizon, it’s beginning to feel like now or never anyway. So, with a final, bracing breath, Eddie decides to tell the truth.

Summary
Dean turns the box over in his hands. It seems harmless enough, save for the fact that it's glowing. It isn't very big -- no bigger than a tacklebox -- but it's incredibly heavy. It feels like it weighs more the longer he looks at it, scoping out the Enochian text etched into the box’s metal bracketing.
"Michael?"
"Aye," Rowena nods, her ponytail bouncing. "His parting shot, you might say."
"Doesn't that mean opening it is the last thing I should do? Why not just destroy it?"
Crossing her arms over her chest, Rowena glares. "Oh, I don't know. Maybe it's hundreds of years of experience telling me what a God-awful plan that is. Or perhaps because you and I both know that is exactly what Michael expects you to do."
That… actually makes sense.
Dean looks down at the box in his hands. "Okay, so we open it," he decides.
"Not we," Rowena corrects, stretching up on tiptoes to tap one finger against the point of his nose. "You."

This is a place for me to post all of the stuff I post on Tumblr. All the fic will be Olicity related in one way or another, but there will also be Smoaking Harp besties (Felicity and Roy), Thea and Roy, and random appearances by other characters based solely on what my brain decides to do.

This is a collection of fics that consist entirely of Felicity and Roy being besties, with Roy occasionally (read: more often than not) getting a kick out of screwing with Oliver, and the occasional Oliver/Felicity/Sara shenanigan.

Summary
“Maybe we should bring them to the firehouse,” Buck jokes. “Like mascots.”
“I, uh, I don’t know if I’m ready for that just yet,” Eddie blushes.
“Oh, yeah,” he nods, going along with the bit. “You want to like… give them time to settle in?”
“More so I don’t really want to come out to all of A Shift with a gay Build-A-Bear,” Eddie clarifies.Or, Eddie builds a very gay Build-A-Bear. Unless you ask Buck. Then it's just a very rainbow ally bear.

Summary
“I’m sorry, but my answer is no. Someone else might be willing to switch if you ask.”
“I can’t believe—this is unacceptable! I’m going to call the flight attendant over and get this sorted out right now!”
Flustered and cornered, Shane injects his Captain Voice into the conversation. “Ma’am, I understand that you’re upset, but I paid for this seat and am going to stay here. You’ll have to find someone else willing to change places or just fly with the seat you booked. I’m sorry I couldn’t help you.”
She hisses like a goddamn tea kettle, and starts to say, “You are the most selfish man I’ve ever—” when another voice behind her says, “You are blocking my seat. Move.”
Shane and the woman turn to assess the new arrival. It turns out that his seat partner is well above six feet tall, ripped as hell, and knows how to deliver an excellent bitch face. He’s also the hottest man that Shane has ever seen in real life, including a chance run-in with Jensen Ackles at a Stars game.
Or, still!famous Shane meets non!famous Ilya on a cursed flight from Ottawa to Boston and kind of (totally) falls in love with him at first sight (and first chirp)

Summary
Buck blinks. “You mean smoking?”
“No! I mean—yes. I mean—Jesus, Buck, do you know what you look like?”
Buck tilts his head the other way, which is even worse, somehow. “What exactly is this about…?”
“It’s about the fact that you smoke like it’s porn.”
Buck stares.
Eddie throws up his hands. “You smoke like it’s foreplay, okay?! I can’t—Jesus—I can’t think when you do it.”
Buck’s expression does a strange thing. It falters, shifts, and then slides into something dangerous.
"Wait,” Buck says, slow and low, “are you saying you’re into it?”
Or Eddie is really into Buck's new habit

Summary
“Got the last of your stuff here, man.” Eddie’s voice was light as he rounded the corner into the living room with a fresh box in his arm. Bucks, it read, in black marker pen.
“There was that much?” Buck tucked his phone away. He had been trying to sneak his things into the trash as he found them, terrified of the prospect of having to try and shove them back into his life at the loft. Eddie had insisted on clearing his own bedroom though.
“Not a lot, just some old sweatshirts, a couple of books. You done in here?” Eddie stepped into the fading golden daylight that striped across the living room from the half-closed blinds.
Buck tried not to sigh as he nodded.
“Beer?” Eddie asked, passing him.
Buck nodded again. as he settled into the couch, his bones creaking. This will be the last thing they take, he thought. My second bed. There was a poem in high school, he didn’t pay attention—something about a second-best bed. It was romantic, maybe? He mulled it over as he spun the beer bottle Eddie handed him between his fingers.
“You nervous?” he asked, just to fill the silence.
Eddie sat down beside him; “Yeah.”

Eddie is leaving for Texas. Buck helps him pack.

Summary
“My dick is gone,” Eddie says, hushed but frantic.
Buck splutters, wide unblinking eyes still glued to Eddie’s crotch, eyebrows knit together harshly and dragging high on his forehead. Eddie would laugh at his ridiculous face if he didn’t feel like he was going to throw up. “It’s not gone, you have a—”
“Don’t say it,” Eddie warns weakly.
