Summary
Travis Hart was reborn with his memories intact. Not into a main character in an anime or something fun like that. Instead, he was reincarnated into a normal, impoverished family in America, over twenty years before the last time. He could never make sense of this fact. It didn't seem to be a different universe, nor could he see any grander purpose for his new existence.
So, he tried to make himself one.
When that failed, he drank until he woke up in Australia regretting life.
Regret, which only worsened when the plane home broke into pieces midair and he got stuck with a bunch of squabbling idiots on a mystical island. At the very least there was a surgeon there. And this one wasn't as much of an asshole as the other ones that Travis had known.
Now if he could just convince the redneck bastard to share his cigarettes, then maybe everything might turn out okay.
