Steve, always terrible at listening to authority (though Eddie doesn't have much), turns around immediately. Eddie was right. He shouldn't have.
On the bright side, the view is amazing. Acres, and acres of treetops beneath them, stretching into seeming eternity. The sky is blue and bright, and the sun is shining. The mountains in the distance a rough shape against the endless green.
The not-so-bright side is that the view is amazing. It shouldn't be. They should be in a cheap, windowless motel on the outskirts of god-damned Nashville. This is not it.

Steve and Eddie find themselves in a cave at the top of a mountain somewhere in Tennessee with a gun, a handful of glitter, twenty-seven bruises (all of them on Eddie), and no memory of how they got there. All they know is that Dustin's getting married in 24 hours and dark woods beneath them hold nothing but danger to them. But maybe they also keep the secrets they need to unravel in order to get back to Nashville in time.

He doesn't say anything; doesn't even lift his eyebrows. The clock over the desk tics loudly. "Hello? You still there?", the guy asks, a small frown on his face.
"Yes", Eddie says and clears his throat. "A thing or two."

Summary
Steve Harrington has spent the better part of the last five years knocking out hit after hit for the Assassin's Guild and becoming one of the most lethal agents in the business. After a series of unprecedented, wildly successful cases across the country, his boss pulls him off the active case roster for eight months. He's been keeping tabs on the Chicago Syndicate for years and has finally deemed Steve ready to take out their leader, The Sandman.
The only problem is that undercover agents have been able to turn up little to no information regarding The Sandman's identity. The only information the Guild has been able to dredge up is the name of one of their business fronts: a sophisticated private nightclub called Hellfire, and the name of its director, Syndicate member Eddie Munson.
