Luffy gets bitten by a bug, something harmless, however when Chopper asks their newest crewmate to aid with the sick captain, chaos insues. Brook handles this as well as you'd expect, and memories begin to boil to a point of no return.
TECHNICALLY a sequel — contains heavy references/mentions to the earlier fic 'Kauaʻi ʻōʻō'; Yorki dies of aids, Brook blames himself-- etc etc. I’d suggest reading that fic for the FULL effect! OR, if you really want salt in the wound, read this one first than go for the other, YOUR POISON!

Summary
The two where playing a risky game, settled on a crate in an alley by a bar the rest of the crew sat in that evening. If they got quiet enough they could probably hear the boisterous bunch hollering and dining, but they didn't have time to focus on that, Jinbe's kissing growing hungrier, needier. His broad, warm tongue drug over Brook's jaw and teeth, slipping between them on occasion into that strangely void like mouth. Brook was...best put as an anomaly. That didn't stop Jinbe however from indulging in the lust he felt, gripping Brook's pelvis through his pants, fingers dipping into that soft, pliable soulskin. Brook arched with this, moaning and legs trembling, pressing into his lover's thick thighs. His fingers gripped Jinbe's shoulders, his own heaving up and down as warm, hot kisses found their way across the skeletons neck, feeling one of Jinbe's hands pushing up the back of his shirt, the soft glow of his ectobody and heat of his soul seeping out into the open air.
