She realized that, no matter what other people told her, she had to be the person who guided herself to the finish line. So, she wouldn't give up before she even crossed the starting point. No, she would improve herself and show the world she wasn't insane.And maybe she'd be able to find a family along the way.

BRILLIANT time travel fic! Has some unique characterization for Gandalf and Bilbo's thoughts/mindset, and I greatly enjoyed the chapters published - I think the author is exploring an amazing plot/narrative, and there's a lot of roads that this fic could go down!

“Yes.” Draco nodded.
“And the Black family magic called me a carrier.” Harry added.
“Yes.” Draco nodded, still frowning but looking up at Harry finally.
“And you and I have been fucking around for weeks without any sort of protective spells or anything?” Harry asked, practically hysterical now. Draco’s eyes widened as he finally figured out why Harry was panicking.
“Oh, shit.” Draco said, summoning a bucket quickly as Harry puked into it since he worked himself into a panic attack. So much for eating anything.

Summary
When Draco Malfoy encounters a struggling and frustrated Harry desperately trying to tie his shoes after a meltdown in the Great Hall, his curiosity regarding the incident leads him to seek the help of the two people closest to Harry: Ron and Hermione.
After even they are shocked to hear the extent of Harry's issues, though Hermione had her suspicions, he discovers more about the man than he ever thought he knew before.
