Nobody had ever treated Angel like a gentleman would. Even when Valentino treated him the best he ever had, he wasn't ever a gentleman - none of that stuff you saw in movies or from the fancy bank couples on their way to the opera. But apparently, Angel didn’t need a big gesture to feel like one of those couples - just a soft and easy place on somebody’s arm. He glanced up at the cameras that had been torturing Alastor.
