Summary
In midevil England in the town of Nottingham, Jane and her family lose everything they have and have to move into the Sherwood Forest. Jane takes care of her family, even if she has to steal to do so. The townspeople think evil spirits haunt the woods, so she has a good cover. Until the crown princess, Maura, becomes obsessed with unearthing the truth of what's happening in those woods to prove to her uncle she is worthy of the crown. Which she does - it doesn't go as she hopes.
This is the story of how these two, go from secretely obsessed enemies, to finding eachother, in more than one sense of the word.

Summary
Alexandria Silvestre [Latin for Woods] was born in the small city of Polis raised by her parents Maximus and Becca Silvestre.

After the war, she decided that Polis had nothing more to offer her now that she had lost everything she had ever loved. In her grief, Lexa and her best friend Octavia set out to Rome to fight in the Colosseum and Lexa feels if death befalls her, it would not matter.
The Emperor meets Alexandria personally after a match in the arena, and it seems like the perfect opportunity to set Alexandria in his daughter Clarke Gryphem's personal guard.
However, upon meeting Clarke Gryphem, Lexa is absolutely blown away by her Empress' beauty. She continues to fight in the Colosseum to free her mind of her demons, but her Empress clouds her mind and she now fights to live.

Lexa closes her eyes for a moment - she got it all out and didn’t really embarrass herself or exposed herself too much, that was something to be proud of - before looking at Clarke again. She’s smirking, the playful glint in her eyes giving away her amusement. This probably isn’t the first time someone asked her to play pretend. Which shouldn’t surprise Lexa, yet, somehow, it does.
