Summary
Just keep walking, Vakarian. Shepard got a head start, but you need to catch up with her. Can’t let her have all the glory. No Shepard without Vakarian, remember?
(a quiet voice in the back of his mind, clinically pragmatic, also said: ‘and just in case she is dead, you need to finish what she started.’)
or;
There was no Normandy during the charge for the Crucible. It was all Shepard could do to drag her injured teammates behind the totalled Mako before staggering onwards to the pillar of light alone, determined to end the Reaper threat no matter what.
Too bad Garrus is stubborn to a fault.

Summary
Now, they were in a bit of a honeymoon period. They’d had sex several times a day for the last two weeks. Always, with Aziraphale inside Crowley. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast. Always with love, and devotion, and mutual pleasure.
All because Crowley had been brave enough to ask for it that first night.
Aziraphale stroked his thumb down Crowley’s shoulder. “I’m so proud of you, Crowley,” he whispered into the night.
And with that, and a tender kiss to Crowley’s brow, Aziraphale settled in for sleep, himself.
Little did he know, that’s where things first began to go wrong.

Summary
It’s been months since Aziraphale returned from Heaven and they stopped the Second Coming, months of freedom and to the observer everything’s gone back to how it used to be. They are talking. About dinner plans and theatre visits and food and music. And they absolutely did talk about what happened in the bookshop. Kind of. And they are fine, absolutely fine!
Well, they are fooling no one, least of all themselves, though they keep trying.One evening their issues become glaringly obvious when Crowley practically flees after Aziraphale invites him into the bookshop.
And then Crowley goes missing.
