“How’d it go?”
Amamiya wasn’t allowed in during shooting, of course. Akechi had told him he didn’t need to wait outside, but he had anyways. Standing like this, in a thin alley between cement and brick, in a pocket away from the propriety of TV sets and dressing rooms, Amamiya looks like a secret stowed away especially for him.
“You didn’t watch it for yourself?” He asks.
Amamiya shakes his head no. His eyes flick upwards, and his relaxed lean against the wall means Akechi can’t tell if he’s sizing him up or checking him out. Then, entirely too genuine by comparison, Amamiya just says, “I prefer seeing you like this.”
Akechi’s first thought is that he’s definitely in love.
His second thought is that he needs to kill Amamiya.
The third is that if things don’t change, he might need to kill himself, too.
The only thing more embarrassing than killing the first and only friend you've ever made is getting a crush on him. Akechi is handling that humiliation about as well as one can expect.

“What?” Ren asked as he followed him in, pointedly pretending not to notice his rudeness. “You’re not going to call me senpai?”
Akechi wanted to punch him, to kill him, to rip him to shreds.
Alternatively, he’d be more than fine with just kissing that smug little smirk off his beautiful face.
“Not before you’ve shown me you’re worth the title."
Goro is an actor who wants to do his own stunts - A guy calling himself "Joker" is the best stuntman in the business.
