Summary
Sheriff Sam Winchester is having a bad day—two people were found murdered in his town, and the only witness claims to have no idea why. He takes one look at the witness and realizes he's none other than Gabriel Novak. His ex-husband.
But there's no time to find out what Gabriel is doing in Lawrence. Or why he left him so suddenly and disappeared. Because the killer might not be finished in Lawrence, and unless Sam Winchester can protect him, Gabriel is next on the killer's list.

"You've got something there," Green motions to Black's chest, which has a splat of dark liquid across it.
"It's… oil. From the, you know. The rear axial. Distributor." He waves at a panel on the wall, a panel which Green thought was an extra trash chute, but evidently not.
"Thanks," Green says, and means it. "Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one who actually cares about getting us all out of here alive, you know?"

Summary
When Clive Benson starts playing in Tim's orchestra, he doesn't think anything of it. Or of the friend (boyfriend? husband?) Phil, who keeps showing up after rehearsals. Clive is nice and a good musician and he makes a good third chair cello.
Then Tim starts noticing things. Like the injuries, and the late arrivals, and the frankly disturbing lack of the ability to actually respond to emails asking if he would please let them know if he's going to be missing for awhile so they can cover his part?
It all just goes downhill from there.
(It's too bad Tim never thinks of "superhero spy with a pseudonym" as an explanation until a little too late.)
