“I’m gonna puke,” Kakashi tells Naruto – a clone – as he worriedly tucks Kakashi away in the tree line. There isn’t much coverage here, but Kakashi isn’t too worried. Sasuke seems to be on a murderous rampage and Naruto echoes the bloodlust with less blood but as much vigor.
“Ey, sensei – don’t do that! Or at least go over there in the bush,” Naruto rushes to push Kakashi away, only worsening Kakashi’s condition.
“You are a terrible ANBU,” Kakashi bites out in revenge, stumbling away and pulling his mask down just in time to hurl the little contents in his stomach left.
“I make a great ANBU! Hey – oh shit, rasengan!”

She liked complex character dynamics. Dialogue. Intrigue! Of course she’d tried writing that sort of thing when she’d first discovered fanfiction. The problem was, writing was hard. And Ayumi was impatient. She needed external validation, so sue her. Nothing was wrong with it though, right? “Who did you sell it to?” Itachi intoned.
“I—I don’t know! A lot of people?” Ayumi had gone anonymously through this backend publishing house, and she knew there was pretty good demand for her work. Kimiko had said that all the girls at the izakaya were reading it. “Women?”
Kisame didn’t have all that much eyebrow, but it raised nonetheless. The Naruto anime really hadn’t done him justice. Ayumi could confirm that a shark man in real life was a lot more unsettling than one would suspect. And to think that she had written about his shark dick. Enormous. Sharp. Blue. Against her will, her eyes flicked down slightly towards his crotch.
Now Kisame’s other eyebrow was raising, and he looked slightly incredulous. Ayumi threw her gaze away quickly. What else could she look at? Oh. Itachi. Yes. Itachi was here.
