Summary
Title: Like new stars (so we are bound).
Shadow has always felt strongly, even if he doesn't always know what those emotions translate to exactly. The air suffocates him in a room too full of people. His waking dreams whisper like glaciers scraping through his mind. And to be int he presence of Sonic the Hedgehog burns like touching a supernovae.
Meanwhile, Sonic knows very well how his feelings for Shadow have developed over time. Despite being desperate to hide them, he can only watch as he is helpless the hope there might be more than an already close rivalry on the horizon.
When the two of them become trapped in the midst of a mysterious chaos anomaly, perhaps their feelings will finally have a chance at life outside of two aching heart that are not as dissimilar as their owners might believe.
