He ran into Derek's arms, shrieking when Derek lifted him up and spun him around. His laughing dissolved into sobbing so suddenly that Derek almost dropped him in his haste to look at Stiles' face. "Wha - Kitten, what's wrong? Did I hurt you?"
"No," Stiles cried, hiding his face in his hands.
"None of that," Derek gently chided, pulling Stiles' hands away from his face. "What happened?"
"You're leaving me," Stiles whimpered, trying to move closer to Derek to tuck his face in his chest.
or, Stiles has loved Derek for as long as he could remember and now as the older boy is about to leave for college, he can't help but think Derek will forget him and leave him behind.
