“Hey, we should stick together.” Karlach says, placing a hand on Shadowheart's shoulder. "Don't want to get even more separated out here. That means you, fangs.”
Astarion scoffs and flaps for a moment, then reluctantly goes to rejoin them, grumbling all the way. Karlach manages to ruffle his hair once before he pulls back, hissing dramatically like her hands still burn. His theatrical complaints about his precious hairstyle mingle with the girls' laughter, even as they move away together, up the stairs.
Turmeric can't remember hearing them laugh like that since they entered the shadow-cursed lands. Maybe it's her absence that encourages it.

An alternative arc to Act 2, where a self-doubting Tav, with history in the shadow-cursed lands, begins to consider what benefit she really offers to the team, and what greater benefit there may be if she was no longer part of it. Quite dark in places, but with some comedy elements, and a lot of whole team friendship that I feel like we didn't get to see enough of in game. Please Read The Tags!

He’d always been the creepy, quirkless kid before anything else, All Might’s protege or not.

Or: Izuku is expelled because of his notebooks, being 'too dangerous' to stay in U.A, traitor or not. Class 1-A isn't happy about this, and they all withdraw with him.

Izuku sat up and looked straight at Denki and Mina who sat just a few feet in front of him, laying on the pile of blankets on the floor. “Not unless they deserve it.”
“Deku.” Katsuki growled in response, obviously not liking the statement. Izuku glared at Katsuki in return, “I can’t help it if they fucking deserve it, Kacchan.”
----Do not be deceived by ^ that Izuku does NOT bite everyone in this. He just wants to bite some people.-
OR: Class 1-A didn't learn from the last time and Denki feels Izuku wrath. (Mina a bit too because Izuku is petty and that was HIS cake)
