Summary
My Links Meet AU!
This story will be fairly incremental, following the journey of a group of Links and Zelda’s who crash into different eras together. They are hoping to solve the mystery of why they are time traveling, and why people across time are going missing. If they aren’t distracted by endless side-quests, history classes, and personal revelations that is.
Not everyone will be there, but I can only hope to wrangle this many characters. Wish me luck!
The story will mostly be based in canon and my own world building with a few elements of the manga taken into consideration.All the works are in chronological order... so far. My outline is a bit of a monster but its fiiiiiine.

Summary
Tom and Maddie had their work cut out for them when they decided to adopt three traumatized alien children. By curious happenstance, all three had been isolated and forced to fend for themselves due to circumstances outside their control. However, Tails presented a unique challenge.
While Sonic and Knuckles' circumstances were no less tragic, they spent a few years under the guardianship of someone who loved them. They had memories of being cared for, of receiving instruction on how to navigate the world. Tails had no such memories, and essentially raised himself. The differences between their youngest and his older brothers are subtle and pose challenges, but they’re all committed to helping Tails understand he’s loved and a member of the family.

Summary
And not to mention, when Tails got a closer look, Sonic appeared… sad. Exhausted. Something was bothering him. It was obvious, at least to Tails who could read his brother like a book of aerospace engineering, in his grin that had the corner of his lips slightly downturned and in the way his shoulders were more hunched than usual. There was tension in his whole frame that shouldn’t be there after a mission well done.
Both of his friends were suffering. And it was all his fault.
Was he doing the right thing? After all, he got them into this mess, he got them hurt. It doesn’t matter that Eggman started it, they were suffering because they cared about him and tried to protect him. He should have been better, he should have figured it out before it got too bad, he should have–
