Summary
Weiss Schnee, the daughter of an Atlesian Duke, finds herself bored with the "duties" her father has bestowed upon her.
When the King of Vale announced a ball to introduce his daughter into society, she is tasked with attending in order to bolster her brother's reputation, as if to make him a better candidate amidst the other potential suitors in attendance.
In her boredom, she finds someone who is similarly bored and trying to find some kind of escape from the pressure of appearances.
Maybe it's the quiet of the night, mayhe it's the champagne, or maybe it's the subtle red painted on the girl's lips.
But Weiss has found something to break her boredom.

Summary
