Summary
"I will, as you say, cut the bullshit." Cheyenne begins. Out of the corner of her eye she sees Jack rub his eyebrows. "I am excited to be artistic director. This is a very, very important job, and I know I will be good. But your jobs are also very, very important.
"I am not the one they will be seeing onstage anymore. They will only see you. And I want all of you at your best. This is a strong company, but I want to make it stronger. I will not pull punches, I will not always be nice, and I will not always be speaking English so maybe download a French translator app on your phones." She pauses for dramatic effect and sweeps her eyes across the room. "If you want to be the greatest dancer in the world, all you have to do is dance like you already are. Thank you. Dance well, or else."—
or; Artistic Director is a big title. Cheyenne is . . . adjusting.

Summary
Abbot is standing at the very ledge, leaning back against the roof's railings. The railings, which are supposed to be in front of him. Internally, Robby panics a little. Robby knows this guy is a war vet, but he didn't think their hospital would hire a vet with suicidal tendencies. Is it PTSD? Are his years of ER duty catching up?
Robby tries to approach quietly. He doesn't want to startle the man. The ledge is wide, but a ledge is a ledge. Right as he gets ready to say something comforting like, "Please don't jump off the roof on my first day," Abbot turns around.
"Hey man," Abbot starts, leaning his forearms on the rail, "heard you coming a mile away."
