“That’s so cruel!” Zenitsu shouts, shooting up to sit on the bed. “At least deny it! Comfort me, Shinobu-san!! Come on, I don’t want to die! Hey!! TELL ME I’M GOING TO BE FINE, PLEASE!”
“I don’t know…” Shinobu sighed, tilting her head. “It’s a symptom I’ve never come across before so I can’t tell you for sure…”
Tears blur Zenitsu’s vision. “SHINOBU-SAAAAAANNNN!” he sobs.

A dream where humans and demons can walk hand in hand. Is that really possible?
The corps has made a breakthrough. Using hypnotic suggestion and serums, they are able to restore the memories of demons and bond them to the will of a demon slayer instead of Muzan. Allowing demon slayers to use blood demon arts and have a practically unkillable soldier on their side. These demons are dubbed ‘servants’ and their slayers, ‘masters.’.
But servants are faced with this unforgiving world where they realize their sins and are punished time and time again for simply being a demon. Even though none of them ever wanted to become a demon.
Kamado Tanjirou, the ‘savior of demons’, vows to never to kill a single demon. So that he can achieve a dream where demons can live in peace. So that this cycle of hatred could end. So that his sister could finally be safe.
To prove that everyone is deserving of redemption, he took in a certain member of the kizuki to be his servant.

How could he not when time and time again, he has done nothing but fail those he learned to love? Over and over, his eyes bore witness to the blood that spilled, his ears picking up the caws of the crows about the recently deceased. Zenitsu hated himself so much, but not even killing himself has fixed the dark clouds that haunted him.

The story is about Zenitsu, who falls in love with Tanjirou. But their family hated each other. Will that ever gonna stop them from being together though? Especially when there's Kaigaku (a Tsundere with a massive brother complex) lurking around, just trying to look after his brother.

There’d been an outbreak. The first city to get hit was Tokyo. Of course it would be, it was one of Japan’s largest cities, so many people packed in it would be impossible to escape. It had rippled through the city like a morbid wave, person after person turning or dying in a gruesome trail of events. It had taken quite the series of events to get them both here, Zenitsu holding Tanjirou’s hand tightly as the sound of gnashing teeth and angry claws came from outside their shelter.
