Billy and Max have a deal she takes pictures of Steve for him and he leaves her friends and her alone. Steve find out and Billy makes a new deal, Steve takes the pictures Billy wants and he continues to leave them be. Billy wants more than candids though and things heat up.

Steve licks his lips nervously, scans the room like he is being watched before finally tapping the icon. It is to the point.
Hargrove: Don't forget my picture pretty boy.
Steve feels heat in his cheeks as he bites his lip, contemplates getting up and checking his hair, washing his face, it is not like Billy would know. That is not what he wants though and Steve strangely wants to give him what he asked for. Steve scrubs at his eyes, wipes a hand over his mouth, and runs his hands through his hair before opening his camera and holding the phone above his face.

“Who the fuck do you think you are, calling bullshit on me? Huh? You don’t know shit.” Billy hisses at Steve, who stumbles to his feet to be eye level with the blond, flicking his blood soaked hand down between them as he wipes his other hand on the bottom half of his ruined shirt. “You can call me a faggot but can’t take getting called out for doing the same fucking thing. You’re a coward.” Steve says, wiping his bloody face on the sleeve of his dress jacket and shoving the man across from him for emphasis. Billy’s in his face again in seconds with both hands fisted in his shirt, lifting him slightly.
“Shut your fucking mouth, Harrington.” Billy says lowly, tension building in the air around the two as they invade each others space.
Steve’s eyes flick down to look at Billy’s lips before he looks up into his searing blue eyes, heart pounding, as he half shuts his own eyes, “Make me.” The corner of Steve’s mouth quirks up into a blood stained smirk– taunting him like he hasn’t just said the stupidest goddamn thing in his life to try and restart a fight."
