He feels Thomas's breath brush against his lips as the other lets out a faint chuckle. "You barely know me Mike," he whispers.
And it's true, Mike doesn't know Thomas. Not in the way he knows Meagon, Rotation, or even Gray. Everything he does know about Thomas is practically all second-hand information.
Yet despite that, despite everything, Mike doesn't want to leave. Maybe he doesn't know Thomas, but that doesn't mean he can't learn to.

Summary
Taking care of where he steps, Micro makes his way over. And right as he turns around the corner of bed, he finds Thomas.
The brown haired man is curled up in a ball, face tucked into his knees. Even in the dimly lit bedroom, Micro sees the way his shoulders shake from the other's hunched positions, and his usually warm toned skin looks pale and clammy. He looks miserable.

Thomas is scared of thunder. Micro comes home during a storm and comforts him.

Summary
Micro trails off as Thomas, in a panic, chucks the plush in his hands across the living room. It smacks against the wall with a soft thud before flopping facedown onto the floor. Thomas's face feels like it's on fire as he stares at Micro, wide eyed and chest heaving.
Micro looks down at the plush, and all Thomas wants to do is run. Escape. He's humiliated, mortified.
I'm going to kill Saps.

Thomas misses his boyfriend and decides to kiss the plush version of Micro's Minecraft skin.

Micro barely makes it one step before Thomas reaches out and gently grabs onto his wrist. He tilts his head to try and get a good look at the other's face, yet Micro simply turns his head away.
Thomas frowns.
“Micro," he calls out gently. Thomas lightly tugs and Micro lets himself be pulled back. "Why are you here.”
OR: Thomas comes home from university and finds Gray teaching Micro how to play Minesweeper. They talk.

AU of LuminousMe's The Hermit Coffee Co. where everything is primarily the same but my OC Valerie works at the coffee shop with all the other characters. The fics in this series follows the canon events that happen within Lumi's fanfic, but also revolve entirely around my OC so obviously nothing I write is canon to Lumi's fic. Any of the fics in this series that directly take place during something in The Hermit Coffee Co. or references directly to something from it will be marked as "Work inspired by an existing work" (or whatever it's called) but know that they ALL are and I'm just trying not to clog up that section that shows up after each chapter.
