Yoongi nodded a bit dumbly. “Yeah? Of course I am. What did you think I was?”
“A vampire,” Jimin said plainly, eyes examining Yoongi thoroughly, making the elder feel as though he were under a microscope.
The elder couldn’t stop the loud bubble of laughter from escaping his mouth. “A vampire?” he asked, nearly folding himself in half in his mirth if it hadn’t been for his puppy leeches on either side of him holding him up. “How did you even come up with that conclusion? I— you guys— I ate garlic parmesan last week!”

“Run,” Hoseok says, coming out of him strange and stilted after he gets his breath back. "There are others. They'll kill you."
The wolf stays still, though, almost preternaturally so, and Hoseok can’t help but to mirror it. Can’t help but to feel like if he moves, the wolf will pounce. The wolf stalks slowly behind the wide trunk of an old tree nearby, slow enough that Hoseok knows this interaction isn’t over, that he isn’t leaving. There’s a noise then, a crack, like someone cracking their neck except it’s big and resonant and makes Hoseok feel a little sick, and he can feel his heart pounding hard in his chest.
“But you won’t?” Hoseok hears a low voice ask, and his eyes widen. There’s a few rustling footsteps, and then there’s a man, dark-haired and naked and staring at him the same way the wolf did. Focused, intimidatingly so. “What’s the point of carrying that bow, then?”
