i cant believe i havent added this as a rec yet but PLEASE READ THIS. OH MY GOD. (of course if the tags fancy you) BUT THE WAY THIS AUTHOR WRITES IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. the plot might sound strange but trust me it is 100% worth the read. i fear this is one of if not THE best fic ive ever read. Through a strange twist of circumstances, Oscar, who never even dared hope to get close to him, first ends up in the middle of an illegal street race and then comes up with a Totally Foolproof Plan to Chase Lando Norris.
