The idea of eating all day as he toured the city was exciting. As he looked over their first stop in the brochure, the oldest café in Rome where they would be getting their jolt of caffeine for the day, either a cappuccino or an espresso, he heard a voice call his name, “’Kaashi-kun? Is that you?”
He looked up, surprised to hear someone speaking Japanese. This tour was supposed to be in English and Italian. He startled when his eyes met those of the man he had been crushing on for quite some time now—the owner of his favorite restaurant chain back in Japan—Miya Osamu.
…or, Osamu and Keiji stumble across each other on their solo vacations and decide to travel through Italy together.

“Miya-san,” Keiji says, his fingers now pressed against his temples to keep the scrambled thoughts in his head from leaking out. He still doesn’t know what Miya is talking about, but he has a familiar sinking feeling that it can’t be anything good, and he can usually trust his intuition. It’s led him this far, anyway. “I really do not know what you are talking about, but can you please mind the volume of your voice?”
“So polite while you’re telling me to shut up,” Miya huffs, his arms now properly crossed over his chest. It’s young and roguish, the grin on his face. Smirk, if you would. “No, Akaashi-kun, I’m talking about the fact that I have a small Instagram presence to fulfill my secret food critic dreams and I’m being positively threatened by a couple of big shots from Lamplighters.”
Keiji no longer has to deliberate on who is the worst of the Miya twins. It’s definitely Osamu.
Akaashi Keiji works as an critic for the esteemed restaurant review organization Lamplighters, and Miya Osamu is just another food influencer that Keiji could not explain what he dislikes so much about him.
Well, he can try.

“Keiji-kun,” Osamu says urgently, the response preceding itself before the rest of what he means to say can stumble out. His eyes are wide, his neck creeping red around the front. He smells a little like a generic brand of shampoo from the store, always followed up by the sweet scent of home-cooked rice. He barks out a shocked laugh, though it doesn’t sound displeased by any means, settling back a little in his chair to press one hand over his mouth. His eyes never stray. “You’re going to be the death of me, I think.”

Summary
In theory, playing dress-up with Osamu sounds quite promising. Atsumu is at practice and forbade his twin to go to a work appointment without borrowing clothes from him. Which… fair. Everyone knows Osamu would rather die than waste time and effort into keeping up with fashion.
However, the day prior to a life-changing event — namely, meeting a potential investor in his future Tokyo branch — Osamu needs to up his game. He has to find something in Atsumu’s wardrobe that screams ‘young and successful entrepreneur’.
Unfortunately for their brilliant plan, it also screams unspeakable and sinful thoughts into Rintarou's ear and they're not getting out of there before he can act on them.
