Summary
Scar plans to confess to Grian that evening. Little does he know, he's getting himself into something much worse by venturing into the warehouse where Grian works. There's goop everywhere, a strange substance that makes noises when you step on it and seems to eat any light up. Scar's goal quickly turns from get over his nerves to confess to Grian, to just surviving and trying to get the both of them out alive.

The question felt like it was coming out of left field, like it was some random football player attempting to ask for his number after an interview. Swallowing hard, Etho stared down at the table. “I don’t think about him much at all.” Etho lied, voice wobbling under the pressure it took.
