Summary
“Hi Tommy.” a voice croons just behind him, violently snapping Tommy out of his thoughts. Tommy's still groggy mind wakes up instantly, and his blood goes cold. He freezes up, body going rigid. He can do nothing but sit still, rooted to his spot by pure terror and fear. He doesn't even dare turn around, too afraid to face the man he knows that voice belongs to. Maybe he hopes that it's a hallucination from his lack of sleep, or he's finally collapsed and this is a nightmare. Deep down though, he knows this is real, and that makes it all so much worse.
___Or, Dream kidnaps Tommy and makes true on his promise.

Dream finally looked up from his dazed trance and bruised knuckles. It was time to face him.
“Not so talkative now, huh?” He squatted down, meeting the unfocused, glazed eyes staring blankly at his feet. “I know you have more to say, now you’re just being obnoxious-” He fisted a hand into the matted blonde hair, forcing him to look Dream in the eyes. The skin was clammy, paler to the touch than he remembered it. As he turned the boy’s head, his jaw shifted slightly and a stream of blood dribbled out, dripping down his chin and onto the cell floor. -
