His heart beat faster just to think about it. To sleep in Cam’s apartment was unthinkable. He almost shivered at the thought that he would lay on her comfortable couch and simply fall asleep while Camilla was just a room away in her bedroom. Or worse, she would argue with him and make him take her bed while she slept on the couch. God, sleeping where she slept would simply kill him.
Palamedes has to sleep at Camilla's place and has feelings about it. He tries on a dress for the first time and has feelings about that too.

Summary
The new rooms are large by Sixth House domicile standards—which is to say, not particularly large. The doorway she’s just come through, the one that leads to the attached cavalier quarters; a bed, a desk, a dresser, some shelving; a tiny kitchenette pre-stocked with tea; a second doorway out into the corridor and a third to a private en-suite bathroom; enough oil-derivative carpeting to pace back and forth across, lost in thought, without getting dizzy. Everything, in short, that a respectable scholar might need or want, he said of them, plus the bed on top for good measure.
Camilla’s response was along the lines of, “Sleep isn’t optional,” and his response in turn was something like, “Agree to disagree?” and her response to that was a silent promise to herself that she’d be in at two hours past the start of the night-cycle to check on him and to continue the argument if necessary. Camilla Hect has never been fond of agreeing to disagree.
But then, neither has Palamedes Sextus, really.

"You worry me," Lan WangJi tells him seriously. He puts his hands on Wei WuXian's knees for lack of a better place to put them. Wei WuXian places his own hands on top of Lan WangJi's, presumably to stop him from trying again to check his bandages.
"You don't need to worry," Wei WuXian says. "I swear I'm fine. I'll tell you if something feels off. You know me, I'm a huge crybaby whiner."
Lan WangJi frowns at him again. It's true that Wei WuXian can be a bit of a crybaby, but only about injuries that don't actually matter. When it's something important, like a ghost curse or a fundamentally unstable necromantic practice, Wei WuXian keeps it to himself. "Ridiculous," Lan WangJi tells him. Wei WuXian grins down at him.
