Summary
juniper was supposed to be finishing her astrophysics thesis, not sitting in a diaper and onesie. after repeated suicide attempts, she's declared mentally unfit and placed under involuntary protective guardianship. Reclassified as a Little, she's stripped of her autonomy and forced into bottles, bedtimes, and behavioral protocols she never agreed to.
bucky always planned on taking in another Little after Steve, just not exactly one that was a brilliant, feral girl with a biting tongue and a death wish. his job is just to stabilize Juniper. but, the more she fights, the more he realizes: she's exactly the kind of mess he's not ready to let go of.

Summary
Nora Petrova has had a rough go at life. Starting with when she was just a little girl, she was kidnapped by someone she assumed to be her father, but because she never had glasses, she couldn't really tell. A little bit of sugar and spice and everything not so nice, she finds herself with a rather unique present. Her family. Of course, she takes it, but she is schizophrenic afterall. You can't expect too much from her. Flash forward to now, and she's taken up a rather unusual living situation. With too many caregivers and not enough personal space, she's forced into a lifestyle she didn't ask for, though she finds herself liking it. Maybe a little too much.

Lily Evans is completely and utterly screwed. Firstly, she's no longer friends with Snape. Secondly, Petunia's insults are growing worse every day. And now she's been classified as a Little. She knows one thing for sure: no one can EVER know.

A rewrite of a previously abandoned fic because i couldn't help wondering what would happen if the system actually did its job properly. Note that the plot is going to be very very different so I'll leave the original version up too.
