She's glad it's them. There's no better sight than her hunters taking down the evil that haunts their world. Bad luck that Rumi is that evil.

“Hold on!” Zoey said like it was some great epiphany, stepping forward into the weak light that filtered through the boarded windows. “If you don’t remember what happened to you, and nobody knows what happened to her, then… Who’s to say you’re not her?”
Rumi stared at them, jaw slightly limp. Mira could almost see the gears turning in her head, slow and uncertain.
Mira stepped in smoothly just as Zoey backed off a bit, letting certainty fill her voice.
“Either way, you get where you’re trying to go. If you are the Princess, then you’ve found your family. And if you’re not…” She shrugged gently, as though it were all so simple. “You still make it to Paris.”

She pushed her fingers down.
The rib shifted.
The thing about telling one very big lie is that it requires a foundation of hundreds of smaller lies to hold it up, lies such as "I'm fine," and "nothing's broken," and "it doesn't hurt."

“Whoa, no—no consent here! I didn’t agree to any of this 'mating' thing. It’s not normal to just… tell someone that! There’s a process to these things, you know? Like dating… holding hands. I hardly know anything about you two! You should at least take me out for dinner first before trying to get in my pants.” She forced a weak laugh, hoping the joke would diffuse the tension, but her blush deepened, mortified by her own boldness.
Mira tilted her head. “Dinner? Pants? What do these mean? We hunt for food, not ‘take out.’ And your… coverings? We wear hides for practicality, not barriers.”
Rumi buried her face in her hands, groaning in embarrassment. “Oh god, never mind. It’s a human joke. I mean… you should spend time with me, get to know me better—talk, share stories, build trust—before trying to take things further. Like romantically, or whatever this is.”
Zoey’s eyes glinted with sudden excitement. “So… you’re saying we can mate with you if we court you right? If we do this ‘process’ your way?” Her tail swished eagerly, the prospect of learning more about humans making her light up like a bioluminescent bloom.

After her voice failed during the Golden Live Show practice, Rumi ran. What she didn't consider was Zoey and Mira following her. Them finding out she is a demon goes nothing like she thought it would.
Now, Rumi's patterns won't stop spreading, and she can't deny the connection she feels to the honmoon. She also can't deny how weak it seems to be getting. Gwi-ma probably knows they were about to seal the honmoon for good and has something planned. Something big that has every cell in Rumi's body vibrating.
If that wasn't enough, there's also this stupid fluttering in her stomach every time Zoey and Mira get close to her, which has been happening more and more since they saw her patterns.
