“I’m pretty sure that’s not true,” Yuta replied, quicker than his mind could catch up.
It discomfited Yuta to find out that Mark’s eyes sparkled when he smiled. “It’s okay dude, I still think of you as a manly guy even though you nearly burst into tears over a scarf.”

Or Yuta gets surgery for the unrequited love growing in his lungs in the form of flowers and suffers the consequences of those lost feelings and stolen memories. He's not supposed to let Mark back into his life, but there's something magnetic about him that makes it impossible to stay away.
If only his chest didn't feel so pathetically empty.
