Summary
This is a work of original fiction inspired by a homebrewed D&D universe, called Lysendyr, where a powerful magic based on a rainbow substance called Irridescence, or Descynce, can be used in a variety of ways. This enclave of fae-descendants uses it to make all sorts of magical items, potions, and spellwork; if you can dream it, someone at the Descynce Enclave can make it reality. With specializations in many types of crafting, performing, and other magics, there's a decendant skill for every need. This series is what happens when Descynce is used for... spicier purposes. Magical toys that recharge with sexual energy, magebrews that refuel your stamina instantly, sigils that heal and help with post-drop, the possibilities are as bountiful as they are tantalizing. This series follows a group of descendents as they prepare for their Walkabout, where they travel with the trade caravan around Lysendyr to sell Descynce goods and services, and get to experience what life is like outside of The Irridescent Enclave for the first time. TLDR, fae-blooded rainbow mages fuck and perform their way around the continent while avoiding an ever-looming prophecy about their kind.
