Summary
Leon is getting too old for this shit. He is (somehow) a full fifty years old. And he’s been wading into bloodsoaked warzones to fight monsters for thirty years. At this point, very little surprises him anymore. But falling through a blood puddle and waking up in a Victorian gothic nightmare is pushing it.
But nonetheless, it’s familiar. Monsters stalk the streets, the smell of blood so thick he can taste it.
Leon sighs, rubbing his face. “Just another Tuesday.”

Autophobia – The fear or morbid dread of oneself or being alone, isolated, abandoned and ignored.
Everybody knew that Cassidy was rarely by himself. Whether it was for a simple chat, some tea or coffee or a full-on meal, there was someone around. And people liked him; he was relatively laid back and easy going, a good laugh and unexpectedly quick as a whip.
On the other hand, the elder Shimada preferred to seclude himself from the group. He would rarely get out of the apartment and, if absolutely needed, stalked around the complex in hopes of some peace and quiet before it inevitably erupted into organized chaos.
Ever since he’d come around – with no small amount of begging of his younger brother Genji – he had tried to interact with the other residents as little as possible, with only a handful of exceptions. Surprisingly, Cole Cassidy was among those select few. Unbeknownst to Hanzo, the true-to-life cowboy was in fact able to shut his ever-moving lips when the situation called for it. He had… allowed him in his space, but had slowly grown accustomed to the man and all the quirks that came with it, revealing themselves one at a time.
