The gods must hate him. That was the only logical explanation he could come up with.
Today had been his last Sports Festival, his last chance to prove to the world, once again, that he was more than fit to become the number one hero once this last year of high school was done with. His third win of first place after having beaten all the other extras to it two years in a row. The last time he would show UA that he, Katsuki Bakugou, was a force to be reckoned with.
But first place had gone to shitty Deku because he had been bested by an exchange student whose name he did not care to learn, busting both arms in the process from overusing his quirk.
He was more than ready to bite somebody’s head off.
