She’s not sure when it started, or how this change in their dynamic came about, really. It was so abrupt the way he came up and asked to join her as she visited Neji’s grave. All she knew was that she felt like she could hear her heart beating in her ears, and the lump forming in her throat, whenever he found her.
“Okay” Hinata said sheepishly.
