Summary
A new translation of the neoclassic Polish serial which inspired the 1973 Martin Scorsese movie "Goncharov." Uploaded to Ao3 owing to copyright expiration and difficulties had by many in regards to getting a hold of copies of this piece following the Politburo crackdown in 1968. In paying homage to the original, the chapters will be uploaded in serial form, at the same pace that they were initially published in the "Codzienna Poczta" newspaper, or the "Codzienna Robotnik," as it would later be renamed. The translator's notes are included at the endnotes for each chapter.
"Jestem Goncharov" follows a rising star in the Neapolitan Mafia as he tries to locate a stranger dedicated to dismembering the family. The serial deals with issues of morality, sanity, and loyalty as hitmen have to determine who they can, or can't, trust.

An alternate history where John F. Kennedy was never assassinated. The story starts in December of 1967, as the presidential playing field starts shaping up, and follows several candidates as they pursue the position of leader of the free world.
No historical or political knowledge is needed to read and understand this work. Anything unintuitive is explicitly explained.
Also note that while this work does contain some borderline explicit content, it's nothing that you would be incredibly ashamed to be seen reading in public. This isn't smut.

Summary
