Summary
University AU where Francesa is supposed to be in a perfectly loving relationship with her boyfriend, John, with a sensible future of marriage and children on the horizon, right up until John's cousin, Michaela Stirling, returns from a sabbatical abroad and Francesa finds herself, suddenly, hopelessly curious about another woman in ways that are utterly nonsensical.
Now Francesa finds herself unable to stay away and trying very hard not to think about why telling Michaela she and John are dating feels like it would ruin everything. Surely keeping that little detail about her relationship status cannot be seen as lying if Michaela never asked. Right?

"Good thing you're not my patient, then." Michaela leaned over the desk, tilting her head.

Summary
“I think most omegas should be lucky to experience their alpha’s rut so early after being wed,” Michaela said, “so they know what they’re getting into.”
Francesca looked up at her. “And what do you think you’re getting into?”
Or: Francesca and Michaela are newlyweds who meet their first fork in the road when, just after tying the knot, Francesca's rut is upon them. They head into the country to wait it out... but will the mild-mannered alpha Michaela knows so well be the same alpha she has to help through their rut?

Summary
For as long as she'd known Fran, she'd never seen her call out of work on a whim. Francesca seemed almost oathbound to honor any commitments. Plus, the sweet girl struggled mightily with telling a lie. Michaela found it endearing.
"Francesca! Bad girl." Michaela laughed, wanting to make clear to her very literal-minded partner that her words were in jest. "Naughty naughty."
What Michaela hadn't anticipated was how viscerally Francesca would react to her words. Michaela drank it in like sweet nectar—the sharp inhale of breath, her hazel eyes darkening to honeyed amber, the crimson flush of her cheeks, the adorable bite of her perfect lip.
— OR —
Michaela gets a sneaking suspicion that Francesca might be into dirty talk and things rapidly escalate from there.
