Snapping out of his thoughtful trance, Magolor looked down at himself. His tattered, gray traveling rags were gone, replaced by a clean, simple woven cloak of green and white. Right beside him in the grass lay a beautiful, glowing Gem Apple. It looked as if it were crafted from pure diamonds and gold, radiating an overwhelming, pure magical energy. It was a remnant of the sacred tree he had just fought to save, a parting gift of life.
Before he could even turn around, a voice called out.
"Hello?"
