Like, how old he was when he lost his virginity, or Kendall’s guilty musical pleasures. It was fine, everyone is allowed to have secrets, James has some too. Like, he lost his virginity at 15 to some girl named Charlotte after a varsity hockey game, and he loved the Spice Girls. And Kendall knew all of this, Kendall can read him like a book, and he has, many times. But James can’t even finish the first chapter of Kendall’s book, it’s like they are glued together, and Kendall won’t help him rip them up. James needed to know everything about his friends. No, literally, everything. It bothered him that Kendall wouldn’t open up to him. They’ve been friends since kindergarten for God’s sake! James tried to respect Kendall boundaries, but recently, Kendall has been very gloomy, more than when he and Jo broke up. And James was determined to get to the bottom of it.
