Summary
Kokushibo knew it would be easier to just turn the boy into a demon now. He had already lost his family, his memory, and even his own identity; there was nothing more that becoming a demon could take from him. But Kokushibo’s theory was that only a human who was trained in the art of Breathing could become a demon capable of Breathing, and the boy was still so far from his peak of strength and maturity. Until the time was right, he would have to remain human.
