    “I can’t believe you’re allowed to enter a church,” Talia seethed, making an effort to channel all her hate in the glare she aimed at Margot Fairmont in front of her. “I thought you’d burst into flames just walking past the doors.”

    “Yes, well,” Margot sighed. She looked bored out of her mind, and like the only thing that kept her from rolling her eyes was her good manners. “I can’t believe you would kill someone inside a church,” she retorted with a perfectly calculated smile balanced on the line between playful and poisonous.

    Margot and Talia meet at church one fateful Sunday, and a familiar argument escalates so much more than expected. Their meeting quickly goes out of control, but there's still so much more to get from it. Maybe they'll learn to respect and appreciate their differences, maybe they'll decide to strike a brand new deal, much better than their short-lived truce.
