Summary
Pyro paces back and forth along the beach, his arms wrapping around himself as he tries not to panic. A shiver runs through him, his soaked clothes sticking uncomfortably to his skin.
The crew hadn't left him with anything other than what he had on, and this island they abandoned him on is out of the way enough from any common sea-lanes that it would be ages before another ship would pass by, if any did at all.
It's more likely for Pyro to starve to death waiting for someone to come to his rescue.

Summary
"…What did you just say?" he asked breathlessly, in a sort of shocked whisper.
"Your wedding, or is Scott not going to make an honest vampire out of you?" Cleo asked, still in the same drawl— but she seemed to sense she had touched upon something bloody and wounded, because she ceased her casual lean, and instead stood straight and wary, putting the corner of the table between herself and Owen for all the good it would do her. "You cook, you clean, you take care of the fledglings while Scott fucks off and tries to charm the town—"
"Shut your mouth," Owen said, louder, his anger returning and with it his ability to move. "What are you talking about, have you gone mad?"
"Have I gone mad?" Cleo barked out a laugh, patronizing and delighted—
And Owen did go after them this time, with a shout of fury.

Summary
Owen is cured, but looses all his memories in the process.
~~~
The stranger in simple white clothes kneels down in front of him.
“Do you know where you are?”
He doesn’t answer for a moment. But then he jerks his head to the side.
The stranger seems to understand.
“This is the cell in the clinic.”
~~~
This is not a tragedy where one yearns for that they don’t remember. Rather, the tragedy is in not even knowing what’s been lost.
