Summary
After a war devastates Quessempi, Tommy becomes a bard, dedicating his life to bring joy and comfort to others. The war didn’t only destroy Quessempi, but also the innocence of children across the country. But deep down in his heart, Tommy feels an empty pit. Even when he surrounds himself with people—both strangers and friends—he can never find the one that brings warmth to him no matter what. Until he finds a certain German who lights his way and brings warmth back into his heart.
Mike has always been a fighter, he never knew otherwise. Even before the war when the army wouldn’t take him, he fought to become a nurse. Even when the others he trained with laughed in his face that he could never be great, he fought back against them with his bare fists until they laid broken on the ground. But he too was a victim of the war, the guilt and sorrow fuels each punch, each slash with a sword into becoming the best warrior in the country. Mike’s life becomes a monotonous thing until he’s invited to a party by an acquaintance, where he meets a certain Brit who helps lift the burden that Mike carries.

Dennis Whitaker is fine.
Completely fine.
Perfectly fine, actually.
Please ignore the nausea, the fever, the tremor, the concerning neurological symptoms, and the fact that he may or may not be accidentally poisoning himself at work.The resulting medical emergency, however, does expose one additional problem: Dennis and Robby are apparently the last people in the hospital to realise they are not subtle.

A 5+1, of five times Robby and Whitaker almost blew their cover at work as a married couple, and one time someone actually found out.
“I'm serious,” Dennis huffs. It was too early for his daily allotted cigarette, but gosh darn does it sound tempting right about now. If he has to explain why grabbing your student doctor by the neck is inappropriate conduct one more time, he might transfer from emergency medicine to pediatrics, even if the chances of getting pissed on by a toddler are slightly higher than the average ER patron. “Santos keeps giving me looks every time you do that, so maybe less touching today, Doctor Robinavitch?”

Summary
Big Man Tommyinnit. stuck in space, in a cell, all alone.
well not alone anymore, he's got this really small adorable looking alien now! and he's in too deep, he's already sworn his life to the guy.
Tommy picks up alien friends left and right to slowly work his way around space to survive. His hell through space does not prevent the affection that his heart still retains and he slowly begins to heal the scars that have been formed from being treated like an experiment, an animal.
now if only he could talk to them.
