“Are you ladies alright on your own, then?” Orym asked, looking at Imogen and Laudna and continuing to squeeze Imogen’s finger reassuringly.
“Well-” Imogen started, but Laudna excitedly cut her off.
“Yes, yes, don’t worry about us! I’m *dying* to get some new crafting supplies. The skyship is just so.... *Dull*.” Laudna frowned for a moment, then smiled again and brought her hands together in front of her chest. “And I have this *wonderful* idea in mind to spice it up. Is that alright with you, dear?” Laudna turned to Imogen expectantly.
“Well… I mean…” Imogen trailed off at the ecstatic expression on Laudna’s face, “Uh…. Yeah, if you really want to Laud, I guess that's alright with me.”
“Lovely! We will meet you at the Spire by Fire, then. Ta-ta, you two!” Laudna eagerly grabbed Imogen’s hand, and with one last, longing glance back at the somewhat quiet shelter of the ship, Imogen reluctantly followed her onto the landing dock.
OR
A not quite canon story following Imogen, Laudna, and the rest of Bells Hells as they try to figure out what they are supposed to be doing and who they are as people.
